Wheat dust Ab.IgE

This test measures IgE antibodies against wheat dust, relevant for people with occupational wheat exposure or wheat allergies. Elevated IgE indicates an allergic sensitization to wheat proteins. Wheat allergies differ from celiac disease; allergies cause immediate immune reactions while celiac is an autoimmune condition triggered by gluten.
